In the event of a shipping delay, Summer For Kids will notify you promptly. However, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.

For example, if you place an order on Wednesday evening and specify second day shipping, it will not arrive at its destination until the following Monday. In this example, the next available UPS departure is on Thursday evening, and the second day falls on a weekend. The following Monday is the second day in UPS service terms.
ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PO BOXES
Non-oversized shipments with Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. box destinations incur the standard UPS ground shipping charge but ship via U.S. Postal Service.
ORDER CHANGES
Changes to orders cannot be made after 12:00pm PST on business days, as packages may already be en route to their destination(s).
RETURNS
*Furniture, Mattresses, Special Order Items, Body Care Products, Swimware and Items on Sale are not returnable or exchangeable.
*Any other merchandise - If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason Please return items within
30 days of receipt .
(1) use the original packaging;
(2) include the original packing slip;
(3) the item must retain all tags and show no signs of use.
(4) Before returning any item(s), please follow these steps:
1. Log in
2. Select Orders history from Your cart menu.
3. Search for the order you would like to create a return request for.
4. Click on its number or status, and the Order details page opens.
5. Scroll down to the Create return request form.
6. Set the amount of the product(s) you want to return.
7. Select the reason for returning.
8. Select the action you would like the store administration to do for you.
9. Leave your comments, if necessary.
10. Click on Create
Once you receive an authorization number, print the return slip out and you can send the item(s) to the following address:

We strongly recommend that you insure the return package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only credit you for item(s) received. We'll send an email when your return is processed, and you'll see a credit to your card within one billing cycle. If you are returning a gift, we will send you a merchandise credit via email.
Products returned without an RMA are subject to a 25% restocking fee, due to additional processing costs caused by unexpected returns and you will be responsible for shipping costs. Items that are returned with missing pieces and/or parts will not be refunded and will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.
*If for any reason a shipment is returned to us, because no one was able to sign or you have left the package at the pick up location too long, and you would still like to receive the order you will be charged shipping for both deliveries.If an order has shipped and needs to be delivered to an alternate address the fee incurred will be charged to you.
Damages
If you receive a damaged freight shipment, please note the damage on the bill of lading before the delivery truck leaves. You must notify us of damage/ defective products within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will work with the manufacture and delivery company to repair or replace the damaged item as soon as possible.
